We require a 24 hour notice in canceling or rescheduling your appointment. In honoring our policy, a credit card is now required to hold your appointment time. All appointments canceled in less than 24 hour time frame will be charged 50% with the credit card on file; no show clients will be charged 75% of scheduled service amount. If you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment we may have to reschedule resulting in a 50% charge of service for missed appointment. If Meraki Studio has to close or your stylist has to cancel your appointment we will do our best to reschedule you as promptly as possible and will always do our best to give you the same 24 hour notice as well. We at Meraki Studio understand that life happens, accidents and emergencies happen that prevent a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, we ask that you communicate with us to the best of your ability at these times and be honest so we can compromise for certain situations. By continuing to schedule your appointment you are agreeing to Meraki Studio’s cancellation policy.
